The DSP system allows you to purchase products and services for a fraction of their retail price, potentially as low as 1% of the original price. You preorder the deal at your chosen discount and wait for the value of the DSP to increase, offsetting the discount.
For example, if a deal on DSM is priced at $2,000, you can preorder it by paying DSP worth only $20, representing a 99% discount. You then wait for the value of DSP to increase 100 times so that your $20 worth of DSP becomes equivalent to $2,000.
Unlike traditional layaway plans, where you make incremental payments until the total paid amount matches the deal's price before you can purchase it, with DSP, you do not make additional payments after preordering at your chosen discount. You simply wait for the DSP value to rise enough to offset the discount.
The higher the discount you choose, the longer you may need to wait before your deal materializes. However, you can cancel your preorder anytime and have the DSPs used for the preorder refunded to your DSP wallet.
You must have at least one referral within your 10-generation network to qualify for affiliate commissions. To gain referrals, you can use your personal invitation link to invite others to join DSM.
If you are a DSM Early Founding Member (EFM), you can receive referrals without inviting them directly. DSM randomly assigns referrals to you when users join DSM through the official website without using a personal invitation link.
You earn affiliate commissions when:
- Your referrals recommend deals to be sold on DSM, and those deals are purchased by members.
- Your referrals earn ad revenue from content shared on their Streams.
- Your referrals purchase products and services available on DSM.
Additionally, when you personally recommend a deal to be onboarded on DSM, you can earn recommendation commissions of up to DSPs worth $100,000 for each sale of that deal. Unlike affiliate commissions, this unique reward does not require you to invite anyone.

You can purchase deals onboarded on DSM exclusively using DSPs. As long as the supplier sells internationally and includes your country in their coverage, you can buy from anywhere in the world using DSPs.
This eliminates exchange rate exposure and transaction fees in international commerce, allowing you to make purchases without worrying about currency conversions. Additionally, there are no platform fees for either suppliers or buyers when selling or purchasing a deal on DSM.
It's simple! Create a free account, explore available offers, and decide whether you want to purchase the deal at its current price—so you don't have to wait long for it to materialize—or if you're willing to wait until the value of DSP increases to offset your chosen discount.

DSPs are considered an excellent store of value for several reasons: they can be used to purchase any product or service worldwide on DSM with exclusive discounts unavailable elsewhere, they cannot be stolen since they cannot be transferred between wallets—only the DSP holder can redeem them, and their value has the potential to increase as demand for DSPs grows on our platform.
You don't need to wait if the deal is sold directly by the supplier without going through the preordering process. Once you click to purchase a deal, it is automatically processed as long as you have enough DSPs to pay for it. However, this feature is not yet available—it will be added after the preordering platform is fully developed. Suppliers must also be willing to accept 100% payment in DSPs to participate in this direct purchase model.
For preordering, waiting is necessary because prospective buyers place preorders collectively to meet the supplier's minimum order requirement. This ensures the supplier can sell on DSM. Additionally, preordered DSPs must first be sold to obtain the equivalent fiat currency needed by the supplier and the DSM Marketing Executive (DME), unless they agree to be paid entirely in DSPs.
For example, if a supplier's minimum order quantity is 1,000 units, prospective buyers must collectively preorder until at least 1,000 units are preordered. Additionally, the DSP value of each preorder included in the 1,000 preorders must be at least equal to the deal's price—preorders made at a discount are not counted toward this requirement.
The value of DSP is pegged to DSC at a 1:1 ratio. DSM has made a firm decision that the initial price of DSC, when first introduced to the market, will be $50,000, and it will never sell below this price. Since DSM is the sole holder of DSCs available for trading on crypto exchanges, and members hold DSPs—which cannot be traded but are exclusively used for redeeming deals on DSM—it ensures that the initial price will be the economic minimum value of DSC and hence DSP.
No one can dump the price of DSC on exchanges because those who purchase DSPs at $50,000 will logically not sell below their purchase price unless in distressed situations. Even in such cases, market absorption will likely be swift due to the limited availability of distressed sales. Since DSP maintains a 1:1 peg with DSC, its value is unlikely to fall below $50,000.
For other cryptocurrencies like Ether (ETH), they were initially introduced to crypto exchanges at very low prices. ETH was first offered to the public through an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) in 2014, where it was sold for $0.30 per ETH. However, when it began trading on exchanges in mid-2015, its price fluctuated between $0.75 and $1.25 per ETH. As you can see, its ICO price served as its economic minimum since no one who bought it at $0.30 was willing to sell it for less.
As long as there is motivation to purchase DSPs for exclusive discounts unavailable elsewhere, the demand for DSC will increase, regardless of its market price. For example, if you can preorder a $2,000 deal on DSM by paying only $20, the current value of DSP becomes irrelevant—as long as you purchase DSP worth $20 to access a $2,000 preorder opportunity.
This expected demand for DSP will drive its value higher, ensuring that preordered discounted deals materialize as DSP appreciates.
For cryptocurrency users purchasing DSPs with crypto, the price of the cryptocurrency used for payment is irrelevant. If you need to pay $10 to verify your DSM account or purchase DSPs, you simply exchange the equivalent value in cryptocurrency—without concern for the cryptocurrency price in the market. So long as you pay only $10 to purchase the cryptocurrency irrespective of the cryptocurrency price in the market and use the cryptocurrency to pay DSM, that is a great deal for you, especially taking into consideration that paying $10 using other means like bank transfer will cost you way more than the $10 you pay with the cryptocurrency.
With our unique business model, there are three factors that require preorders to wait before they can be finalized:
- Supplier's Minimum Order Quantity: Our members are allowed to preorder in retail units. However, the deal can only be finalized if the total preorders meet or exceed the supplier's minimum order quantity.
- Preordering at a Discount: Our members can preorder by paying less than the current deal price (at a discount) and wait for the value of their preordered DSPs to increase until they reach the current deal price before they can participate in purchasing the deal.
- Fiat Currency Requirements: If the supplier requires payment in fiat currency, either in full or in part, DSM must first raise the necessary fiat currency before finalizing the deal. The fiat currency will be sourced from selling DSCs on crypto exchanges to obtain USD, from USD payments made by our members when DSC is not yet liquid enough, and from ad revenue generated through networks like Google AdSense.
The waiting period depends on the liquidity of DSC in the market. Initially, DSC liquidity is expected to be lower immediately after the shopping software launches but will increase as DSM secures funds to settle outstanding preorders.
Suppliers should understand that DSM serves as a secondary, free platform for them to access an incremental market in addition to their own marketing efforts. Listing their deals on DSM increases their chances of making additional sales at no cost beyond what they already sell independently. Additionally, DSM has a highly effective affiliate program that turns our members into free promoters of their deals. Most importantly, our shopping technology enables suppliers to offer discounts that would otherwise be unsustainable, allowing them to sell more than they could on their own without financial strain.
As DSC liquidity increases, suppliers will gradually start accepting payments in DSP. This allows them to either use DSP to purchase raw materials or store value, anticipating its appreciation. Over time, this will significantly reduce the waiting period, as there will no longer be a need to convert DSP into fiat currency to finalize deals.
Another important point to understand is that our current membership base is approximately 12,000 members, while the total potential membership within the next five years is projected to reach hundreds of millions. Most of these members will join after the airdrop and founding membership opportunities have long ended, meaning they will need to purchase DSPs at the prevailing market rates on crypto exchanges, thereby creating instant fiat liquidity in the process.
